Job Title: Transfer Services Executive (Full Time)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading workplace pensions and employee benefits specialist, providing outsourced support to UK businesses. As a Transfer Services Executive you will be responsible for gathering pension scheme information and providing letters on a non-advisory basis to members in relation to pension transfers. Candidates for this position must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work to a high level of accuracy. Having excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage your own time is essential along with being a highly motivated team player with a pro-active approach. A good level of pensions experience would be preferred and CII FA2 would be an advantage, but is not required for the role. This is also an opportunity for a bright, dynamic and ambitious individual looking for a first step into financial services to join the team and progress within the business. You’ll be working in our modern office, based in Bromsgrove.

Purpose:

To gather pension scheme information and provide offer letters on a non-advisory basis (direct offer) to members in relation to pension transfers.

Main Tasks:

  • Ability to follow a designed process
  • Obtain pension scheme information on behalf of members
  • Produce transfer direct offer letters in line with templates
  • Chase outstanding business
  • Deal with any ad hoc member queries
  • Develop technical knowledge
  • Liaise between pension provider and employer/employee
  • Meet departments annual financial target

Qualifications / Skills:

  • CII FA2 would be an advantage
  • Previous pensions experience is desirable
  • Previous pension transfers experience is desirable
  • Must have Customer service experience
  • Excellent IT skills in the Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
