  • Undertake assessment and categorisation of workforce pre-staging date, at staging date.
  • Issue mandatory auto-enrolment communications direct to employee via email.
  • Process electronically advised opt-outs via the administration system and liaise with product provider to manage refunds to client accordingly.
  • Notify the product provider of new joiners enabling policy set up and issue of policy documentation to home addresses.
  • Reconcile contribution schedule against clients payroll report and understand all schedule changes.
  • Provide necessary certification of qualifying scheme status as required.
  • Support resolution of client and employee queries.
