Our 6 stage approach to employee benefits consultancy


1. Engage

Identify all stakeholders in the project and get their engagement from outset.


2. Agree objectives

Agree what the objectives are and gain collective agreement of the aims of the review.


3. Analyse

Undertake a review of the current position and potential solutions to meet the objectives.


4. Report

Provide detailed feedback to the stakeholder group of potential solutions including a ‘best fit’ option. Provide transition plans, timings and costs to implement and agree how success will be measured.

5. Implement

Bring together an implementation project team and put the agreed solution(s) in place.

6. Review

Provide feedback initially and at relevant future points to consider the success against the agreed measures.
