Senior Administrator

Department: Johnson Fleming Future Life Planning

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the lifestyle financial planning division of a leading, workplace pensions and benefits organisation. As a Senior Administrator you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of administration and the Future Life Planning team.

To be responsible for all aspects of Future Life Planning administration, delivering a high quality of service to our clients. You will be able to make an immediate contribution, supporting the Future Life Planning Manager in achieving the team’s objectives. You will ideally have experience of Intelliflo and help to develop and implement administration processes. 


Main Tasks:

  • Manage all client databases
  • Submission of business to platforms and providers
  • Deal with any ad hoc client queries
  • Preparation of quotes and use of relevant platforms/software
  • Compliance with best practice
  • Research and analysis of investment holdings to support the preparation of client reports
  • Communicate with clients and providers to ensure smooth operation of cases and applications
  • Assist with the accurate completion of application and proposal forms
  • Implement actions, such as changing existing investment holdings and policy information, as directed by the financial planners / paraplanners
  • Support the ongoing client relationship
  • Deal promptly and efficiently with department workflows
  • General administration support for Future Life Planning Manager and financial planners
  • Support the day to day functions of the office liaising with other JF companies
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of the team


Qualifications / Skills:

  • Previous experience working within the financial planning industry is essential
  • Technical knowledge, particularly in relation to complex pension products
  • Relevant financial service qualifications
  • Knowledge of Intelliflo software
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office suite and CRM/back office systems
