Pensions Customer Services Executive

Department: Customer Services

Provide first class customer service to our clients with the implementation and ongoing administration of their auto-enrolment responsibilities and general pension duties. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • The administration of clients’ group pensions 
  • Comprehensive data validation exercises
  • Complete auto-enrolment assessments
  • Produce and reconcile payroll deduction schedules
  • Liaise between pension provider and employer/employee and
    client advisers
  • Answer employer/employee queries
  • Proactively identify added value opportunities
  • Maintain records and comply with regular audits
  • Prioritise and manage your own workload
  • Identify and address errors/training requirements
  • Arrange and conduct conference calls and meetings as required

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience of working in a Customer Service environment
  • Group Personal Pensions administration experience
  • Understanding and experience of auto-enrolment legislation
