Customer Services Specialist – Protection, Health and Wellbeing (Group Risk)

Provide a complete administration service, including annual reviews and the renewals of existing client Protection, Health and Wellbeing (Group Risk) benefits.

Provide support to our consultants, clients and the Protection, Health and Wellbeing team, as well as first class administration to our customers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provision of service and administration of Protection, Health and Wellbeing (Group Risk) benefits for a portfolio of Johnson Fleming clients.
  • Conduct a review of benefits for existing and prospective clients, to include negotiation of terms with providers.
  • Provide product technical support to our consultants.
  • Attend client conference calls and meetings.
  • Build relationships with clients to provide a high level of service and support in respect of Protection, Health and Wellbeing (Group Risk) benefits.
  • Ensure that processes and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Any adhoc duties, as and when required.
  • Support team to develop and improve processes.
  • Project management of internal and client projects.
  • Supply technical assistance in the design and sign off of Protection, Health and Wellbeing benefit solutions, both at installation and renewal.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Protection, Health and Wellbeing (Group Risk).
  • GR1 (Group Risk) or equivalent qualification.

  • Driven & self-motivated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel
