Customer Services Executive – Bespoke
Provide first class customer service to our clients with the implementation and ongoing administration of their auto-enrolment responsibilities and general pension duties.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for the administration of clients’ group pensions:
- Comprehensive data validation exercises
- Completing auto-enrolment assessments
- Producing and reconciling payroll deduction schedules
- Liaising between pension provider and employer/employee and client advisers
- Answering employer/employee queries
- Proactively identifying added value opportunities
- Maintaining records and complying with regular audits
- Prioritising and managing your own workload
- Identifying and addressing errors/training requirements
- To arrange and conduct conference calls and meetings as required
- General administration tasks as requested
Qualifications / Experience:
- Excellent IT skills in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience of working in a Customer Service environment would be ideal
- Group Personal Pensions administration experience
- Understanding and experience of group pensions and auto-enrolment legislation
