Customer Services Executive – Bespoke

Provide first class customer service to our clients with the implementation and ongoing administration of their auto-enrolment responsibilities and general pension duties.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for the administration of clients’ group pensions:
    • Comprehensive data validation exercises
    • Completing auto-enrolment assessments 
    • Producing and reconciling payroll deduction schedules
    • Liaising between pension provider and employer/employee and client advisers 
    • Answering employer/employee queries
  • Proactively identifying added value opportunities
  • Maintaining records and complying with regular audits 
  • Prioritising and managing your own workload
  • Identifying and addressing errors/training requirements 
  • To arrange and conduct conference calls and meetings as required
  • General administration tasks as requested


Qualifications / Experience:

  • Excellent IT skills in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience of working in a Customer Service environment would be ideal
  • Group Personal Pensions administration experience
  • Understanding and experience of group pensions and auto-enrolment legislation
