Too frequently we meet employers who do not review their benefits regularly,
simply letting them roll on from one year to the next. This often leads to
scheme structures that are inappropriate, costly and not understood by either
the employer or their adviser.
Our mission is to stop this from happening.
- We encourage a full market test on the existing structure each year at renewal,
even where a guarantee period is in place.
- We ensure all appropriate insurers are asked to provide terms.
- We discuss design options that could help control cost or ensure benefit levels
continue to be suitable.
- We use a transparent process to arrive at our recommendation, providing a
comprehensive level of data back to our clients after the market test.
Once the market test is complete we finalise negotiations on behalf of our
client in order to provide the most competitive and appropriate terms available.
