As a Firm of professionally qualified Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), Johnson Fleming Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The Firm made the transition from the Sesame Network to Direct Regulation by the FSA with effect from 10 April 2006. Therefore, we are subject to ongoing monitoring by the regulators during which time they take the opportunity to ensure that the Firms management controls and structure, as well as internal procedures and systems, meet their requirements in order that we can continue to retain our authorised status.

The financial services industry is highly regulated by the FSA who promote a strong commitment towards consumer protection. We take our regulatory responsibilities very seriously for the benefit of our clients but also to protect and strengthen the Johnson Fleming corporate brand.
